■Cancellation Policy■

[For course reservations] A cancellation fee of 100% of the course price (per reservation) will be charged for cancellations made after 5 PM two days prior to your visit.

[Cancellation policy for course reservations and private party reservations for 10 or more people]

Cancellations made after 8 PM the day before will incur a charge of 100% of the total reservation amount.

Cancellations made up to 3 days prior to the reservation will incur an 80% charge of the total reservation amount. Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the reservation will incur a 50% charge of the total reservation amount.

*Changes to the number of people can be discussed at any time, not just during the above period, but please contact us as soon as possible if there are any significant changes. Private bookings will be at the expense of other customers.Additionally, we need to secure supplies and personnel, so we appreciate your understanding.
